When you submit an enquiry, booking or contact form we collect your name, email, phone number and any details you choose to share about your goals or health.
How we use it
Your data is only used to respond to your enquiry, schedule your consultation, and deliver coaching services. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing.
Data retention
Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months. Active client records are retained for the duration of coaching plus 6 years for accounting and insurance purposes.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing lewis@lbperformance.uk.
